Julia Haart And Silvio Scaglia’s Legal Battle Worsens Over A Car

Julia Haart and her estranged husband Silvio Scaglia have reportedly entered into a further legal battle over a company Bentley.
According to Page Six, Scaglia is accusing the My Unorthodox Life star of keeping the luxury vehicle without permission. This is the latest dispute amid the couple’s increasingly bitter divorce battle which Haart launched earlier this month.
SW Vestry Cars reportedly requested the immediate return of the $134,000 two-tone Bentley Mulsanne. Scaglia allegedly guaranteed the lease of the vehicle with Manhattan Motor Cars through Freedom Holding – a company he co-owns with Haart.
Dismissing demands to return the vehicle, Haart argues that she has personally paid for the car’s lease, which she also claims to own as a co-owner of Freedom Holding.
“It’s an outrageous and absurd demand for EWG or Mr Scaglia to demand the car be returned,” said Haart’s lawyer Marty Singer. “Both Mr Scaglia and my client’s Bentleys are being leased through a co-owned company, SW Vestry LLC, therefore they have no right to demand a return of the car.”
Countering this, a representative for Scaglia indicated that they were considering requesting police intervention as Haart had no authority to take company property.
“Ms Haart still hasn’t answered the main question,” they said. “Why do you have company, a lease signed by Mr Scaglia alone, since you have been terminated by the company.”
Haart was fired as CEO of Elite World Group earlier in the month – a company tied to Freedom Holding. Scaglia is also suing Haart for millions after accusing her of misusing the company’s finances.
