During filming of Zack Snyder’s new movie, Army of the Dead, Snyder banned chairs on set.

Just Jared reported the news following an interview Zack had with The Playlist’s Podcast.

In the interview Snyder explained that, “there’s no sitting down, like, I banned chairs from the set.”  Snyder described the feeling as, “nice thing is, it’s really intimate.”

Without the chairs, Zack said that he could, “just talk with the actors.” This was because he wasn’t across the room away from the actors. Adding that, “it was definitely the most purely engaged I’ve been making a movie.”

Following how Snyder felt without the chairs on set, this could become a regular rule the director has during filming.
