The Killers Pull Out Of Concert In Russia Amid Ongoing Ukraine Invasion

The Killers are the latest band to announce that they will no longer be performing in Russia, amid the country’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine. 

A rep for the rock band, which comprises of Brandon FlowersDave KeuningRonnie Vannucci Jr. and Mark Stoermer, confirmed to TMZ yesterday that the group has decided to pull out of the Park Live Festival in Moscow.

The event, which is set to take place from June 17 to July 16, features Slipknot, Gorillaz, Iggy Pop as well as a number of artists. No other cancellations have been announced at this time.

Louis Tomlinson and HEALTH also recently announced that they would be pulling out of performances in Russia in response to the country’s invasion of Ukraine.

Tomlinson was set to perform in both Ukraine and Russia this year, with a show at Kyiv’s Stereo Plaza set for Monday, July 4, and at Moscow’s Crocus City Hall on Wednesday, July 6.

HEALTH, on the other hand, was set to perform two shows in Russia next month, taking to St. Petersburg’s Mod Club on Friday, April 29, and Moscow’s Aglomerat on Saturday, April 30.
