Simone Biles Claps Back At Critics That Call Her A Quitter
Simone Biles took to Instagram to show off her medals writing’ “definitely not the way I planned the olympics going but I wouldn’t change it for the world”.

Biles’ choice to end her participation of the Tokyo 2020 games early has led some people to brand her a “quitter”.
She chose to pull out of the individual all-around, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise finals, stating she had “the twisties”.
Biles’ has gone on to say protecting her mental health was the main reason she dropped out of the games early.
In the Instagram caption, Biles wrote “I can’t hear you over my 7 olympic medals”, a major clap-back at all those who reprimanded her.
Tennis star Naomi Osaka dropped out of the French Open for similar reasons, and received similar condemnation.
Osaka spoke candidly about the difficulties with balancing caring for your mental health and being an athlete.
Biles finished the Instagram caption with pointing out she is “the most decorated gymnast EVER”.
