Mel Gibson Starring In New Thriller ‘Hot Seat’

Mel Gibson will star in a new thriller film Hot Seat, helmed by James Cullen Bressack.
According to Deadline, production on the new feature is scheduled to begin on November 1 in New Mexico. Bressack will produce the picture, alongside Randall Emmett and George Furla.
Hot Seat follows an ex-hacker forced to break into high-level banking institutions by an anonymous person who has planted a bomb under his chair. The film is based on a story by Leon Langford and Collin Watts.
Mel Gibson will reportedly play a man trying to access the booby-trapped office building and save the person in the ‘hot seat’.
The 65-year-old actor and filmmaker is known for his roles in Lethal Weapon, Mad Max and Braveheart. He is also hailed for directing acclaimed features, The Passion of the Christ and Apocalypto.
