Machine Gun Kelly Trusts His Daughter’s Music Opinion Over His Own

Machine Gun Kelly reveals that he trusts his daughter’s opinion on music more than his own.

Speaking on The Kelly Clarkson Show, MGK opened up about his close relationship with his 12-year-old daughter, Casie, admitting that he trusted her opinion on his music.

“I trust her opinion more than I trust my own,” he said. “Like, she has her finger on the pulse of what’s hot, or if I’m doing a song and it’s the right one, she’ll confirm it.”

Asked whether Casie would tell him if his music was “crap”, MGK replied: “Oh yeah. For sure.”

Casie joined her father at the American Music Awards on Sunday (November 21), where he beat groups like the Foo Fighters and Glass Animals to win the award for Favourite Rock Artist.

MGK has previously brought his daughter to the Nickelodeon Choice Awards and the Kids’ Choice Awards.
