Kim Kardashian Says Kanye West’s IG Posts Caused ‘Emotional Distress’
Kim Kardashian has filed new legal documents requesting a judge to declare her legally single after being left “emotionally distressed” by Kanye West.
In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Kardashian has expressed her desire to be made single asap, because of West’s social media posts which have caused her significant “distress.”
The reality star claims that despite asking West to keep their divorce private, the rapper has continued to talk about their relationship in a series of social media posts.
“Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress,” Kardashian said in the docs.
Last week, West filed legal documents opposing Kardashian’s initial request to be made single, stating that he wants safeguards for his assets in place before a ruling. He also claimed that Kardashian’s attorney had rejected all of his suggestions.
