Kendall Jenner Sued For $1.8 Million By Italian Fashion House Liu Jo

Kendall Jenner is being sued for $1.8 million by Italian fashion house Liu Jo following an alleged breach of contract.
According to court filings obtained by E! News, Liu Jo arranged two photoshoots with Jenner in early 2019. The 25-year-old model was reportedly paid $1.35 million upon completion of the first shoot. She allegedly failed to appear for the second.
The second shoot was originally scheduled to occur in late 2020 but was cancelled as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Liu Jo alleges that it made multiple attempts to reschedule the work but claims that Jenner has so far rejected their offers.
The Italian fashion house is seeking $1.8 million in damages.
A spokesperson for the modelling agency representing Jenner told TMZ that the lawsuit was “without merit”.
“The Society Management, on behalf of Ms. Kendall Jenner, has continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfill an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic.”
They added that Jenner herself had “willingly” offered to honour her work commitments.
Kendall Jenner denies any breach of contract occurred.
