Jung Ho-yeon To Star In Film Adaptation Of ‘The Governesses’
Squid Game actress Jung Ho-Yeon is set to star in the upcoming A24 film The Governesses alongside Lily-Rose Depp.
Jung will appear in the forthcoming film alongside Lily, who is the daughter of actors Vanessa Paradis and Johnny Depp, and Norwegian actress Renate Reinsve.
The specifics of the trio’s roles have yet to be announced.
The Governesses will be the second film by director Joe Talbot for A24, having made his directional debut with the studio in 2019 with the critically acclaimed The Last Black Man In San Francisco.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film, to shoot in Spain, centres on three rebellious governesses who upend the household they work in and the minds of the boys in their care.
The result also has the trio igniting the imaginations of the bohemian couple who employ them and abandoning their charges for erotic adventures.
