Speaking to ESPN about the encounter, UFC fighter Jordan Williams speaks about catching someone trying to steal his car at local gas station.

Along with speaking with ESPN, the welterweight fighter posted the encounter on his Instagram, showing him throwing a few punches and kicks before the thief ran away.

When seeing that someone tried to steal his car which he left running whilst getting a drink, Williams told ESPN that he “couldn’t really believe it” before the realisation kicked in that someone was actually in his car.

The thief however couldn’t get away as Williams has a push-to-start car, and because his car keys weren’t within five feet of the car, it won’t drive.

As soon as the thief had been caught, Williams said that after a few punches the thief said “‘OK I’m sorry, I’m sorry’” and fled.
