Joel Embiid Tells Basketball Fans To “Do Better”

Joel Embiid has called for fans to “do better” following a report by USA Today, which talked about a rift between Embiid and Ben Simmons.
Along with talking about a rift between the two, the report also talked about how Philadelphia 76ers had to chose between which player to keep.
During a series of tweets from Embiid, he denies any rift between the two telling people to “stop using my name to push people’s agendas.”

Fans turned on Simmons following Philadelphia’s series against Atlanta Hawks in this years NBA playoffs.
He also talked about how he loves playing alongside Simmons, and the called on his own experiences of fan backlash. Mentioning how two years ago he was booed by his 76ers fans along with wanting him traded.
