Hugh Jackman Undergoes Skin Biopsy On Nose

Hugh Jackman has revealed he has undergone a skin biopsy on his nose for a possible cancer scare. 

He has previously been diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma on his nose, which is a malignant form of cancer, six times.

Jackman posted a short clip to his Twitter and Instagram urging fan to get skin checks.

He often stresses the importance of sunscreen to his followers.

In the video, the actor lowers his face-mask to reveal a bandage over his nose.

He shared that his dermatologists spotted something that was “irregular”.

“The doctors saw something that was a little irregular, so they took a biopsy and they’re getting it checked” he says.

“If you see a shot of me with this on, do not freak out, thank you for your concern,” he continues, “I’ll let you know what’s going but they think it’s probably fine.”

The video concludes with Hugh telling fans to wear sunscreen and “don’t be like me as a kid”.
