Exclusive Video: Hugh Jackman Shows Excitement About Returning As ‘Wolverine’ In Deadpool 3

Hugh Jackman is returning to his role as Wolverine.

The 53-year-old X-Men star will be joining Ryan Reynolds to play Wolverine once again in the upcoming third instalment of Deadpool.

Reynolds said in an announcement video on Tuesday, Sep. 27, “Hey everyone. We’re extremely sad to have missed D23, but we’ve been working very hard on the next Deadpool film for a good long while now.” with the actor detailing the methods of planning for the next film. As the video comes to an end, Jackman can be spotted walking in the background eating an apple to which Ryan asks, “Hey, Hugh, you want to play Wolverine one more time?” leading to The Greatest Showman star responding, “Yeah, sure, Ryan.”

In an exclusive video, Hugh was spotted by a photographer leaving a building in New York as he approaches an SUV waiting to pick him up. The photog says from across the street, “Logan is back!” with the actor laughing and smiling, before gesturing a ‘W’ sign with his hand. The two had a very positive exchange and Hugh expresses his excitement about returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
