‘Hotel Transylvania 4’ To Skip Cinemas In Favour Of Amazon

Sony Pictures is in talks with Amazon to secure the release of ‘Hotel Transylvania 4‘ on the streaming platform.
According to Variety, the deal being discussed is worth over $100 million. The deal would see the fourth film of the franchise stream globally on Amazon, bypassing a theatrical release.
‘Hotel Transylvania: Transformania‘ has been described as the final installment to the highly successful animated franchise. Derek Drymon and Jennifer Kluska will direct the feature.
The new film will follow Drac and his monsters friends when they are unexpectedly transformed into humans. The group begin a frantic journey across the globe in search of a cure.
Selena Gomez, Andy Samberg, David Spade, Steve Buscemi, Kathryn Hahn, Jim Gaffigan, Molly Shannon, Keegan-Michael Key and Fran Descher are all returning to voice in the new film.
