‘Grand Theft Auto V’ Actor Ned Luke Hospitalised With COVID Pneumonia

Ned Luke has been hospitalised after contracting COVID-19.

The 62-year-old who played Michael De Santa in Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto V has been admitted to Emory John’s Creek hospital where he’s receiving treatment.

Writing on social media, Luke explained, “Yesterday I was admitted to Emory John’s Creek with COVID pneumonia. This s**t is real and it ain’t fun. I’ll be down for a while but I’m coming back strong as ever. Soon. Take care and thanks for the support. The folks on the front line are true hero’s. Support them.”

His Instagram feed has been flooded with support from social media users, with co-stars from the video game reaching out to send their love. Shawn Fonteno, who played Franklin Clinton, commenting, “WIT THAT YEEYEE ASS HAIR … GET WELL BIG BRO WE WORK TO DO,”

Steven Ogg, who played Trevor Philips in GTA V, wrote, “Kick its ass like you do when speaking the English language! Sending love!! Xo,”
