Cardi B Says She Felt “Suicidal” Over Bloggers Alleged False Rumours

Rapper Cardi B has said she felt “extremely suicidal” after a blogger allegedly published “false” rumours about her.
Cardi brought a libel case against YouTuber Tasha K after she uploaded several videos about her in 2018 and 2019, claiming she had contracted multiple STDs and worked as a prostitute.
Tasha also allegedly claimed that Cardi had cheated on her husband Offset and had taken cocaine.
Testifying in court on Thursday, Cardi said the false rumours spread by Tasha had caused her to feel “suicidal” and depressed.
“I wanted to commit suicide over the things [said about me]. I felt defeated and depressed, and I didn’t want to sleep with my husband,” she said.
Tasha, attempted to file her own counter lawsuit against Cardi for assault and intentional inflection of emotional distress, however the case was thrown out in July.
