Cardi B Asks To Delay Album Cover Trial

Cardi B is being sued over her “Gangsta Bitch Music Vol.1” album cover, but has asked the judge to delay the trial.

The album cover feature Cardi, laid backed drinking a corona with a man between her leg.

Kevin Brophy is alleging the man in the photo is him.

Brophy is suing over the image as he claims he never posed for the photo or gave Cardi permission to use his likeness, and has never been payed.

He claims the ordeal has ruined his life, and is suing for 5 million in damages.

The trial was set to start next month, but Cardi has requested to delay due to her giving birth recently.

‘WAP’ singer gave birth to her son on 4th September, and says because of this she cannot travel from The East Coast to Califorina.

She also states the possible risks of Covid as a reason for the delay.

Cardi has requested the trial is delayed 75 days.

The judge has not yet responded.
