Britney Spears has quietly begun showing her Calabasas home to potential buyers, just a year after purchasing the property for $11.8 million, according to TMZ.

The singer is reportedly asking for $12 million for the 1.6-acre lot, which she lived in briefly before moving out due to concerns over privacy. The home is located in the same neighbourhood as her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

Spears and her husband Sam Asghari have since returned to her previous home in Thousand Oaks, which she had kept after moving to Calabasas. The listing is being handled by Bryce Pennell of Compass.
