A Rundown Of The 2021 CMT Music Awards
The night was a celebration of the past year in Country music. Along with the the awards the night included live performances from Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan and more.
Hosting the night was Kelsea Ballerini and Kane Brown.
Along with hosting the night, Kelsea also performed with Paul Jason Klein, the lead singer of LANY.
Ballerini also won the award for CMT performance of the year for her performance with Halsey at 2020 CMT Music Awards.
Kelsea wasn’t the only host to win an award on the night, with Kane Brown winning Male Video of the Year for his song, Worship You and Collaborative Video of the Year with his song Famous Friends feat. Chris Young.

Other singers to win awards are Taylor Swift for Best Family Feature with The Best Day (Taylor’s Edition).
Dylan Scott received the award for Breakthrough Video of the Year with their song Nobody.
Little Big Town won Duo/Group Video of the Year for song Wine, Beer, Whiskey.
Carrie Underwood and John Legend won Video of the Year for song Hallelujah.
Gabby Barrett took home the award for Female Video of the Year with her song The Good Ones.
